| Christian Shephard and John Locke were brought to the Island as dead people. Have any dead people ever really left the Island? Physically left the Island?
Dharma purge victems, 50's soldiers all dead but all still on the Island. No bodies claimed by anyone and taken off the Island.
Naomi comes to mind but I don't remember anyone taking her body off the helicopter when it arrived on the Kahana. It seemed like everyone just completely forgot about Naomi after Sayid put her body in the back of the chopper over Frank's protests due to a fuel concern. I think that was the last we saw of Naomi's body.

| of greater concern to me is whether or not the Island has ever resurrected anyone ...
I think it has not happened ... Christian is a ghostly avatar of Jacob and this phantom Locke has been revealed to be a ghoul of Jacob's enemy | |

| missingdeck- I never thought of Naomi again either! Did they throw her body out of the copter when they where trying to lighten the load, LOL. That's horrible! Your question is something I never thought about either, but it is an interesting question. Ya know, I can't recall any one else besides Naomi. I wonder what really happened to her body. Hopefully that was not a lose end. | |

| Her body was taken off the copper when Desmond and Sayid first arrived on Kahana. But it would have sunk with the rest of the ship when it blew up anyway. | |

| I for one hope the island doesnt dispose of its dead... that would be an easy segue for miles to talk to his dad as he stumbles upon a mound so we can find out what happened to candlewax chang, among others. Maybe they have not disposed of the dead except for colleen picket. She was sent out to sea like a viking. Besides her everyone should be able to effectively communicate to miles or hurley. | |

| I thought he was just using a different name in the Dharma video. I think he even goes by another name in a different video, but i can't remember it. I never even considered that there would be two Changs. I figured because of the experiments Dharma was doing they had to change his name for the videos. | |
