in the pilot about 8-9 min through when jack is finnally resting after saving everyone, boone comes up to him with the pens he doesnt need anymore for rose, but it seems like hes staring at something important, then jack leaves and boone seems to be amazed by the same sight????

hmm u are right. I saw that epi again a week or so ago and member what you are talking about! Maybe looking at dead bodies or maybe something else more mysterious? I dunno....good thought tho!

right before jack charlie and kate enter the cockpit, you can see on jacks hands the bloody knuckles, could this be from his fight with sawyer right before "the incident"

A few other things Ive noticed in Pilot Part 1. First off, Vincent seems to be always watching whats going on from a distance, as if he's paying attention....is it possible the MM, or someone, is viewing everything unfold via Vincent?

I don't remember the exact episode again, but Jack's dad told Vincent to go and wake Jack, just after the plane crashed. I'm not so sure about someone viewing things unfold via him, but who knows..

I think Vincent may be a protector. He dissapears at times the Losties need help. Starting to think Christian may be as well.
